What most of us do is save for a rainy day rather than soaking in the sun. Where would you rather be - a nice sunny beach or a rainy day in an inner city? I know where I would rather be!

But the key question here is what makes us some of us different by being to live on a sunny beach rather than go on holiday once or twice a year to one?
The answer is first of all mindset. We believe that we will become rich by simply having a job, but those who are able to live on a beach have multiple sources of income and this is the difference.
