Fitness Motivation 101 - Important Things You Might Not Be Aware Of
Motivation. Such a big word. In the world of fitness, motivation means everything. It makes or breaks all your weight loss efforts. Without the motivation to exercise, you can't expect to get off the couch and actually get started on your workout. Finding the right motivation is essential if you want to stay fit and healthy. It is even more crucial if you are already warned by your doctor to shape up risk getting shipped up or down depending on how good you've been. Achieving better health is the best motivation to exercise but aside from this, you need to make little efforts to continually encourage yourself to keep on working out.
1. Go shopping for a new workout outfit. Nothing could hinder you from working out more than opening your closet and seeing that you've got nothing but worn-out baggy exercise clothing from ages past. Don't let this get in the way of your training. Go to the mall and in your favorite sporting goods store and skim through the racks of jogging pants, spandex aerobics outfits, shorts or streamlined swimsuits. If you need new shoes for your running regimen, buy a pair as well. A new training outfit signals the beginning of a brand new start for you which can encourage you to keep on working out.
2. Set specific, achievable goals. What do you want to achieve out of your fitness regimen? We underscore achievable since a goal that is impossible to achieve is a sure motivation killer. However, goals that you can easily achieve further impel you to keep on working out. For instance, if you want to lose weight, don't strive for ten pounds in a week's time. Ideally, the most that you can lose weight in a week's time without depriving yourself is two pounds. Going for more than that is not only impossible, it's dangerous for your health.
3. Structure your training. Write down what you plan to do for the day on a schedule or exercise plan. Having a plan gives you a sense of direction and allows you to do your workout with a minimum of fuss. You don't have to think a lot about what you are going to do on a particular day since you can simply refer to your plan. A weekly plan is more achievable compared to a monthly plan.
4. Record your fitness. In a logbook, write down the exercises you did, how many reps, sets or steps you took and for how long. You can even record your observations and feelings of the exercise. Some regularly refer to their personal "workout diaries" to egg themselves to workout on days when they feel lazy.
5. Vary your workouts. Don't get stuck in one boring regimen. Swim, dance, run, walk, jog, hike or cycle your way to health. Play games on some days to break the routine. The competitive spirit works to wake the dormant warrior in you so are enthused to do your workouts. Doing this keeps you excited and fun is a great motivation to exercise.

Fitness Motivation - 3 Simple Steps To Staying Motivated And Reaching Your Fitness Goals!
If you have ever struggled to stay motivated with your diet and exercise program, then you will want to read this article. Specifically we'll discuss picking a realistic workout that fits your lifestyle, choosing a plan that is exciting each new day, and the power of getting quick initial results. After reading this article, you should be able to stay motivated with your diet and exercise program until you've reached your ultimate fitness goals.
Staying motivated starts with picking a realistic workout that fits your lifestyle. For example, if you have a busy schedule and only a few 20 minute gaps in your day, picking a fitness program that requires 1 1/2 hours of exercise is not the right match for you. You may be able to stay with it for a couple of days or a week, but you will soon lose motivation to continue with it because it does not fit with your lifestyle.
The solution for our example: Find a workout that fits with the 20 minute gaps that you have available.
The quickest way to kill motivation is to follow a workout plan that is repetitive and stale. Like eating the same food for every meal, an inflexible workout plan will soon become boring and you will dread having to do it again and again.
The solution to this is to vary your workouts throughout the week so that each day brings something new and exciting, resulting in an increase in motivation.
One of the most powerful ways to staying motivated in your diet and workouts is to get some quick initial results. Before starting the program, weigh yourself to get a reference point. Then follow the workout and diet you're doing religiously at 100% effort for two weeks straight and do not weigh yourself until the two weeks are up. Then, weigh yourself again and compare it to your starting weight.
Once you see the fruits of your labor, you will be extremely motivated to continue on because you have proven to yourself that what you're doing really works!
Often times we make it more difficult than it has to be to stay motivated. You want to start with a realistic workout that matches your lifestyle, this workout should be fun and exciting, and you should put 100% effort into it for two weeks in order to get some quick initial results that will motivate you towards your weight loss goals.
Put these practices into your life today and you will soon find yourself never losing fitness motivation again.

Pushing Yourself To The Max
Lately, push has become one of my most favorite words. Push, push, push, it never stops. We must always push. If we don't push ourselves, we have a tendency to stop and become complacent.
Every morning when I get on the treadmill, I tell myself, push, push, push. If I don't push myself, I won't want to get on the treadmill. If I don't get on the treadmill, I won't get my exercise done. If I don't get my exercise done, I won't lose any more weight. If I don't lose any more weight, I won't take another step forward in my personal re-creation process.
I'm not saying you have to constantly push. In any long-term project, such as the process of re-creation, there will come moments when you have to rest. If you constantly push, you will burn yourself out, long before you reach your destination. For example, from time to time I have to take it a little easier in my exercise routine for a while. I still got my vital exercise done, but I gave myself a change to recharge, both mentally and physically. My mind and body were simply too tired to continue on my "blistering" pace.
After a short period of taking it a little easier, I suddenly realize that I'm feeling more refreshed. I'm not only ready to resume my vigorous daily workouts, but to increase the intensity of them.
However, one thing you need to be aware of is that you do not want to stop your momentum. Had I simply taken the entire week off from exercising, it is possible I may not have ever wanted to get started again. By simply cutting back on my daily exercise, I gave my body a chance to rest, while continuing to make exercise a part of my daily routine.
That's the funny thing about pushing yourself.
If you push yourself constantly and never rest, you will wear yourself out. If you push yourself constantly and then totally stop to rest, you risk never getting started again.
The trick is to push yourself constantly, but to vary the intensity of the pushing from time to time. This gives your mind, body and spirit a chance to rest, yet you avoid the risk of not getting started again. Athletes do this all the time. They push themselves harder one or two days a week and then a little bit less during the remaining days of the week.
In other words, it's not okay to stop pushing yourself, but it is okay to take it a little easier from time to time. Your heart does the same thing. It constantly pushes each time it beats, but it still manages to rest, between the beats. You must do the same thing. Push when you have to and rest when you can.

Inferiority Complex - How to Overcome the 'I'm Not Good Enough' Feeling
When you're overcome by the feeling of 'I'm not good enough', you find that you're in a limited vibration which hinders any positive progress in your life. It opens the door for fear to stop you from moving forward into success in any area of your life because you don't feel like you're good enough to achieve anything worthwhile.
Whether this feeling stems from childhood experiences through parents, society or peers, you don't have to succumb to it. Even though situations at times may cause you to feel that you don't measure up, know that you are more than your external conditions and people's opinions of you. You can rise up above it victoriously and learn how to see yourself through a different light.
Here are 3 mindsets you can adapt to overcome the feeling of 'I'm not good enough'.
Mindset #1 - Shift your thinking to 'I'm good enough' just as anybody else
Don't allow the physical condition to define your worth. These conditions are subject to change, they're not permanent. You can get a tutor or coach to help you in what area you feel lack in or find other information at your disposal to help you. Use visualization to see yourself as being good enough.
Mindset #2 - I'm connected to the Universal Energy and Wisdom
All wisdom and knowledge is available to me and I can tap into and draw out whatever I need to enhance my life and live my life to the fullest.
When you are conscious about your connection to the Spirit that gives life to all there's no way that you can feel inferior and not good enough. Because the same life energy that flows through others flows through you as well.
Mindset #3 - I can be whoever I choose to be
There's no limit to who you can be and what you can do. It's all in the shifting of your thinking to seeing yourself in a different light. If you begin to see yourself with unlimited potential then you will begin to go in that direction. The feeling of succeeding at all you do will become yours and you'll grow in confidence as you step out of your comfort zone into achieving your goals.
Practicing the above mindsets each day will begin to influence the way you feel about yourself. As your thoughts become more focused on I'm good enough, your subconscious mind will be reprogrammed and produce more positive results in your life.
Changing your life may seem like an overwhelming frustrating process. But it doesn't have to be if you're given simple doable step-by-step strategies that will get you from where you are to where you want to be and experience a transformed life.

The "Not Enough" Syndrome
In order to attract that which you desire you must believe that you will receive it but also EXPECT it! You must expect that Wealth, Health, Success, Riches, Divine relationships or whatever you desire will be yours at a conscious and most importantly subconscious level.
What is keeping the majority of the world population from achieving their goals and dreams?
Poverty of the mind and the "Not Enough" Syndrome are key players in the consciousness of the poor and unsuccessful person.
*Not Enough Food
Her name is Amy and she is an orphan. She grew up in West Africa in a country ravaged by war. She suffered the consequences of war and poverty. She is now free and lives the US with her husband. She is deeply affected by the "Not Enough" Syndrome. Whenever she cooks food or goes somewhere to eat, she always grabs a lot of food because she thinks that she won't "get enough food" to eat. She grew up as a poor child in a big family; during mealtime, they served the food in one big bowl and everyone sat down around it and ate with their hands. Their food intake depended on how many people were eating and how FAST they could eat. There "never" was "Enough" food for everyone. They had to eat what they could grab and were often still hungry after each meal. She is now blessed and always has a lot of food in her house however, her "Not Enough syndrome" is still imprinted in her subconscious mind; she still unconsciously grabs and eats more than she needs therefore she is overweight and trained herself to eat more than she needs to.
New belief recommendation to reverse this overtime: " I always have more than enough food to eat, nourish my body, feel healthy and energized. God always provides for me and all is well."
*Not Enough Money
Her name is Adele. Her father was a rich man who worked hard, was not often home and loved spoiling his beloved daughter. He rewarded her with money as payment for the " lost" time he couldn't spend with her. He loved her dearly and she was his princess. She got used to having money and not having it meant "not being loved" and "not having enough money" became "not having enough love" in her mind. After she got used to her father's money and his love; he wanted to reverse the damage he made and started telling her that money was hard to make; his lifestyle was the evidence of that belief. He would go to work early in the morning and come home late at night; he was the last one to leave his office as the boss. He traveled often for work and spent his weekends touring villages to prepare for upcoming political elections; he was a politician as well as a businessman. A few years after Adele associated money with love in her mind; she moved to another country. The absence of her father meant the absence of love. Her dad who was no longer willing to give her money as she desired abandoned her. She felt that money abandoned her as well; so she lived in poverty for years, deprived of love, deprived of money.
Her new recommended beliefs to adopt and embrace: " I am always loved unconditionally as I am loved by God, my father and all my loved ones. I am pure divine love and my love cup is always full.""Money is easy to make and create and I always have more than enough money to spend, invest, share and spare"
*Not Enough Time
Recommended belief for those who believe that they don't have "enough time": " I always have more than enough time to do the things that I love and enjoy. I prioritize my daily activities and am grateful for every moment I get to enjoy with divinity and grace"
*Not Enough Physical Validation
You don't "see" your dreams yet, can't touch them, do you believe in them? Why do you believe in God? Have you ever asked yourself that question? Have you ever seen God? Have you ever heard His voice? If you have, how do you know that it is His voice? Well, we all have instincts, gut feelings: we just know in our heart that God is, most of us haven't seen Him physically but we know HE is, that HE loves us, that HE is lives in us.
That's call faith; so have faith when it comes to believing in your dreams, you might not live them now but you know that you wouldn't have the desire to have them if they were impossible dreams. You picked them up as their supply became available in the universal matrix so keep believing in them, trust that they will be yours, expect them to BE and take actions towards achieving them.
Recommended belief "I fully trust God. I believe in myself and in my dreams, I expect to fully manifest them in divine timing"
Through repetition, meditation and autosuggestion, we have the power to change of our beliefs; we just need to CHOOSE to do it. You can choose to believe something different about yourself and when you do, your life will change for the best and better opportunities and experiences shall be yours.

Is it Fear of Not Being Enough?
Did you know that fear is an illusion created in our minds? Its purpose is to distract us from our current reality and distort our thinking. Fear blocks us from our truth and interferes with one of the most powerful, knowledgeable sources we own - our intuition. Fear keeps us small. Fear completely impacts our ability to be clear, decide and move intentionally toward our goals.
Have you ever noticed how distorted one's choices are when they are in a state of fear compared to when they're living in a moment of confidence and clarity? I have seen it happen to others and in myself. Make one decision in clarity and a great outcome happens. Make that same decision while in a state of fear and you get a completely different outcome. One can really suffer major consequences of living in fear: what you believe you receive. Like believing you don't have enough money, you don't really know how, believing you lack creative ability or talent to move forward and turn dreams into reality.
Have you known a woman who is so fearful of the "NOT ENOUGH"? "Not enough" money, talent, creativity, success or clients? Can you relate to how she thinks, feels, decides, and acts? I believe what she really fears is not the "NOT ENOUGH". Rather she fears being herself and offering it to the world in a big way, the way she really wants to but she is too terrified of her own power.
This woman tricks herself into believing there is not enough money to invest in what would most help her that her creativity is not really worthy of making a profit. She diminishes her talents because she is too fearful to claim them; she quickly believes no one will attend her workshops or exhibit, purchase her products or hire her.
This woman is not achieving the results she wants, her level of happiness has hit rock bottom and she is a master at denying her unhappiness. She keeps herself the best hidden secret, her relationships are suffering, she is not doing what she most wants to, her well-being is below her standard and her earning potential is blocked with a capital B. Isn't this one too many consequences to living in a state of fear and believing the "NOT ENOUGH"? Heck YES.
It is really very wild, but you do get everything you fear - the lack and the "not enough." You always get more of everything you believe - good or bad. You know the craziest thing about fear? It is UN-TRUE (period). Can imagine what your life would be like if you choose to feel the fear and do it away?
Here are three tips for kicking fear to the curb and reclaiming the belief that YOU are MORE Than Enough!
1. Create a different experience around the feeling and sensation of fear so it will no longer shut you down. When you're feeling fearful, instead of trying to push the feeling of fear away (which only intensifies it), allow yourself to create a different experience in the places that scare you the most. Maybe you are fearful because you wonder if you will ever be as successful as you want to be. Simply acknowledge your feelings and notice how you want to respond (i.e. shut down, avoid, and procrastinate). When you acknowledge your fear without making a huge emotional attachment (believe the fear is going to happen or is true) you begin to move away from fear and start to take more action towards what you really want.
2. Stop believing you aren't enough or don't have enough. Come out of hiding starting now. Start being more of who you really are. Create a deep belief within yourself that you are more than enough. You may resist this, but here's what you can do... Make a list of all the reasons you are more than enough. Make a list of everything you have done in your life, all your accomplishments and praise you have received. Make a list of the times things didn't go as planned but you recovered and grew from the experience. When doing this exercise write them down on paper. I guarantee that as you begin to write you will remember some big accomplishments or big obstacles you have overcome. If you are unsure, ask the people who love you. Listen to the positive comments your clients and colleagues tell you and write those down. Own these areas of your life and stop saying there isn't enough and you're not enough - this is not effective and it blocks your energy to move forward. Reclaim the part of you that has always been and will always be enough. You were given all the tools you need to do the perfect thing you long to do. Actually you were born with it. You must now see it within yourself and believe it.
3. Look fear in the face, then kick it to the curb! What's the worst that can happen in regard to your fear? Say no one comes to your workshop, event, exhibit, or no one buys your products. Would you die? Probably not. Would you survive? Yes. Is this fear even true? No. Looking fear in the face and kicking it to the curb offers a great opportunity to grow. Look at all the upsides to moving through your fear of growing your life and business bigger. Think about the best thing that could happen if you looked fear in the face and did it anyway. List all the wonderful things that would come from facing your fear and live from THAT place. Remember this: Successful people feel the fear, and then do it anyway.
Life truly is more rewarding when you step out of fear and into your brilliance while truly believing in what you have to offer to yourself and the world. When you align your mind with your heart's desires and believe that you are already enough, real magic happens and great results follow.

Being Enough: Why Do Some People Not Feel Good Enough?
This is something that can come under many names, from self esteem, to self worth, self belief and confidence. And no matter what words are used, what it ultimately comes down to is the feeling or sense of being enough.
Here one feels that who they are is enough, and this relates to who they are as a person and is not based on what they have done or will do. In many ways it could be described as a state of mind or being, as opposed to certain external requirements being met or fulfilled.
Conflict
Although some people may have this inner sense of being enough, for a great many people, this doesn't exist. While one may want to feel enough; the ego mind can create all kinds of resistance.
And as the mind is automatic, it will always respond with reasons why one is not good enough and it will supply all the answers as to what needs to be done to be good enough.
Normal
The reasons and answers that the mind gives out can appear to be the absolute truth and as facts of life. And this is largely due to these inner experiences being so familiar and normal.
Because one has become so acquainted with them, they no longer appear as imposters. One is then controlled by what doesn't actually belong there.
Conditioning
These feelings, thoughts, emotions, sensations and the behaviour that these lead to, had to come from somewhere. Two of these influences are the early childhood environment and the society that one is brought up in.
In is through these experiences that one forms their perceptions on: who they are and who they are not; and if they are enough or if they are not.
Society
The power that society has on people cannot be denied or ignored. And this power probably goes back to the days of tribes; where tribes were needed to survive. Of course, this is no longer the case, however the mind generally responds in the same way.
In the society that one lives in there are certain things that one must be, do or have in order to feel that they are enough. The message is: If these requirements are met, then one can feel content with who they are.
And if one doesn't have these things then they are not enough. Perhaps one has a few of these things and yet until one has them all, there may be a tendency to feel great unease until they are acquired.
Already Vulnerable
Some people are more vulnerable than others when it comes to being affected by the pressures that society presents; while others are able to hold their own in the face of these challenges. It could be said that the people who are not as affected are the ones who have what society values.
But there are many examples of people having all that society holds in such esteem and yet still feel that they are not enough. People can have the looks, the money, and the power and still suffer from the inner experience of not being enough.
Never Enough
When it comes to the physical world, if there is a bottle or a container that is low on liquid, the logical thing would be to pour more in. So if one feels that they are not enough, it again feels logical that with more success or achievement one will feel that they are enough.
And this is what society is telling us either literally or symbolically. The trouble here, is that the ego mind doesn't respond in the same way that an empty container will.
Two Extremes
If one feels that they are not enough it can lead to two extremes being acted put. On one side there is the person that fights their feelings of not being enough and achieves success. And then there is the person that just gives up and doesn't challenge the feeling. One could also alternate between the two.
Feelings of great power can come and go, as can feelings of depression, worthlessness, hopelessness, powerlessness and anger and frustration.
No matter whether one has achieved what looks like success in the external world or if they have achieved very little, the same feelings will rarely be far away.
Regulation
The person who doesn't feel good enough may deal with their emotions through eating, drinking, sabotaging their relationships in some way, putting up with relationships that don't honour who they are, compromising themselves in certain situations and many other ways.
To achieve constant success and achievement in the eyes of the world can be another way that one regulates their feelings of not being good enough.
And like the first option, it rarely lasts and before long the feeling will return once more. This is why extreme pain is often an effective motivator when it comes to attaining success.
Illusions
Although society does play its part, as people are often already vulnerable to begin with it is a lot easier for the society to influence people. If people felt enough, they would be less likely to fall for these illusions and dysfunctional ideas. And this is where ones childhood years come into the equation.
Childhood
The way that one perceives themselves is largely the result of the childhood that they had. If one is looking externally to feel enough and internally feels that they are not; it probably shows that when they were a child they were not loved for who they are.
And this would have reflected how ones caregivers felt themselves; with them projecting onto the child what they felt. This could have ranged from numerous moments of: abuse, neglect, obligation, conditional love, criticism, rejection, abandonment and many other things.
These could have been from one end of the spectrum and fairly mild, to the other and being extremely traumatic. The child then internalised these experiences over many years and had no choice but to take it personally.
As a result of these ideas and projections that were once external, becoming internal and identified with, one can spend the rest of their life being affected by them.
Awareness
These internal processes can only run one's life for as long as they go unnoticed. And if one feels that they are not enough it is not the truth, it is simply another person's opinion.
The ego mind often sees life through a hierarchical point of view; with this leading to one feeling inferior or superior. If one was brought up to feel good enough through what they did and not who they were; then this internal model was probably created.
When it comes to the heart there is no hierarchy, it doesn't exist. And this is surely because duality is a product of the mind. Through this point of view one not only sees it internally, but also externally.
In order for change to occur these dysfunctional ideas have to be faced directly. And by facing them head on in some form of therapy or even a book for example, ones perspectives will change.

Are You Enough?
In the explorations of my own growth, I'm always deepening my understanding. Always wanting to grow, even if the growing pains hurt and I avoid it at first.
A number of years ago, I was talking with a coach about working with her. I knew I wanted the support, but what I also felt was a need for that support.
I have and had lots of support. I've made sure of it. Coaches, masterminds, close personal friends.
And yet, I sometimes felt unsupported.
Since that was not the objective reality, there had to be something else behind it.
It wasn't that the support wasn't enough. I didn't feel like I was enough.
Feeling not enough is a fairly common experience for women and many men too. I hear it often from my clients. We're steeped in a culture where we're encouraged to do and buy more, to reach that elusive point at which you are and have enough. The problem is, 'enough' is like the horizon. We never reach it.
As long as I felt that I wasn't enough, I would NEVER feel like I had enough support. So the support thing was really a red herring. A distraction from the real work to be done.
Distractions from deeper work can have many disguises: perfectionism, forever being too busy, or relentless productivity are just a few.
I continue to dig deep into feeling enough. It's a multi-layered exploration. What it came down to in the final analysis was a decision. A decision on my part to KNOW that I am enough.
I could have continued to analyze. That's valuable, up to a point. That's why it's part of my Impact Breakthrough program. After the analysis, though, what's next? I could have kept on feeling a yearning for what was missing.
Or I could face the real lack. I was missing myself. ME. Meeting myself wholly. Fully. The knowing, I am enough.
When I made that choice, to know I am enough, things shifted. I felt more grounded, happier, and more fulfilled.
It's not that I magically never had to go back to this. I still have to remind myself to this day, I am enough. Now I know to do that, over and over. And it has gotten easier. I believe it.
What would it mean if YOU were enough?
- You'd charge the value of your work and sell with that knowing.
- You'd approach prospective clients with confidence and style and certainty.
- You'd write and speak with more fierce-ness and vigor.
- You'd rest when you need it.
All the things you need to have a successful business.
So, are you enough? In the end, it's a decision. After you've done all the plumbing of the depths. After you've investigated the why's and why not's. After you've checked in with your soul.
Are you enough? You ARE.

Top 3 Success Mindsets That Will Get You What You Want In Your Life
You are who you are today because of your past decision and action. And it is your mindset that will determine the action you take and the decision you make in your life. Therefore, if you want to live a successful life and change your life for the better, you must start from adopting the top 3 success mindset that you are about to discover.
Many people fail to get what they want in their life simply because they do not have the success mindset. Every successful person possesses a certain set of mindset that leads them to their success. If you want to be successful as well, adopt these 3 success mindset...
1. Successful people believe that they are responsible for their life. They are who they are today because they believe that they created their own life. You must do the same by adopting this mindset; take 100% responsibility in your life. The moment you take the responsibility that everything happens to you because you choose to, you will have the power to change because you are responsible for it. This is the moment when changes start in your life. So take 100% responsibility from now on.
2. Another one of the top success mindset is this, you must believe in yourself. You have to believe that you have the potential and you are able to do it. Many people doubt about what they can accomplish in their life. The moment you hesitate about whether you can do it, you will never put in 100% commitment to do it. This is because you have shaken the belief in yourself. On the other hand, if you believe that you can do it, you will tap into the full potential and do it with commitment.
3. Finally, you must adopt the mindset of dare to change in order to achieve great success in your life. Ask yourself this question right now, "If I keep on doing what I am doing today, will I achieve what I want in my life?" If the question is a no, it is time for you to change. Get out of your comfort zone and dare to be different. Hold on to your dreams and your goals and do whatever it takes to achieve what you really want in your life.
These are the top 3 success mindset that will get you what you want in your life. As long as you adopt these mindsets into yourself, you will definitely achieve what you want.

What Is Your Current Mindset?
Your success is all about you having the right mindset. Before you can get to work on developing the right mindset, though, you have to understand what it is. Only when you clearly understand it can you become fully aware of your own.
Think of your mindset as your philosophy of life. It drives every single thing that you do in your life and in your business. Your current mindset is derived from a combination of factors - your background, culture, education, upbringing, religious beliefs - everything that has gone into creating the way you view life is part of your mindset.
Notice that I mentioned your current mindset. I have used that word deliberately, to show that it is something you can change. And in order to change something, you first need to know exactly where it is, so that you can shift it to where you want it to be.
Successful people know this to be true. They have learned the importance of having the right mindset, and making the transition they need to achieve success in your life and in your business.
Once you make the decision to think differently, you will be on your way to acquiring a different mindset. This new way of thinking will be your key to success in your life and in your business.
Mindset is what sets people apart.
Some people have a stronger and more powerful mindset than others because they have taken charge of their own mind.
The great news is that you have the power to do the same. You have the power to change your mindset; just as you have the power to change your thoughts, your habits, attitudes and actions.
Decide TODAY to change, and get your results TOMORROW!

The Wealth Mindset
Wealth is a mindset. It is not about money or material things although it can manifest through having abundance of money and material things. You can have a lot of money and not be wealthy. Wealth flows from abundance, from giving. The most sustainable way to receive is by giving.
Achieving a wealth mindset involves primarily shifting from the paradigm of "What is in it for me?" to "What can I give?", from a lack mindset to an abundance mindset. With a lack mindset, the perception is that there is not enough to go round. If you get more, I end up with less. For me to get more, I need to get in before you do and grab as much as I can. With an abundance mindset, you see more than enough. There is enough to go round. There is no need to scheme, cheat or compete. If we cooperate, we create even more than our individual efforts would have yielded. Your getting more does not mean I will end up with less. I receive by giving. The more I give, the more I receive. If I can figure out a way of giving more and more, my receiving more and ultimately more than enough is guaranteed. Hence giving does not diminish me, rather it enlarges me.
Hence to develop a wealth mindset, you need to change your focus from what you can get to what you can give. What you believe is real ultimately becomes your reality. This means that after all said and done, we create our individual realities. Arguments arise when two people argue from different realities and perspectives. What is real to me may not make any sense to you. Your beliefs and reality however does not change principles that govern life. You cannot violate principles and get away with it indefinitely. Like gravity, everything that goes up must come down ultimately.
With a wealth mindset, you are always thinking about what you have to give to make the situation better. You think solutions, not who is to blame. Nobody ever got rich through playing the blame game. Goodwill is not earned by always taking but by giving. Businesses that give back to the community consistently perform better than those that don't. A generous giver does not lack friends or goodwill. Goodwill may not be quantifiable but can make the difference between success and failure.
What do you have to offer? How can you start giving and become very good at giving what you have to give? Everyone has something unique to offer. If you focus on giving, getting will take care of itself. When you focus on serving others, you perform at your best. When your focus is making money, your performance and quality of service drops as you give the barest minimum to get by. There is a world of difference in performance between an employee who is working for money and one who is working for love. When you have a sense of contribution, you are willing to go the extra mile irrespective of who is watching. If you are working for pay, you put in the barest minimum to avoid getting fired. The huge gap in performance has an equally huge impact in pay.
The biblical injunction of seek ye first the kingdom and all other things shall be added unto you holds true in attaining wealth and riches. When you focus on giving, you set yourself up for getting. If you focus on getting, you send out the wrong vibes and repel potential givers, so you end up getting less and less if at all. The way you feel when you perceive someone is out to only get from you is the same way others feel when you try the same stunt. Rather than loosening their purse strings, they tighten it further. That is the same way nature responds to getters. They create scarcity everywhere they go. They believe there is not enough to go round, so they grab and grab, ending up with less and less. Ultimately, their beliefs become a self fulfilling prophecy. Having a wealth mindset is a choice which involves a paradigm shift. If you have tried really hard to get and it does not seem to work, it jolly well might be time to try giving.

Manifesting A Millionaire Mindset
Anyone can Manifest a Millionaire Mindset!
Do you feel that in your life right now, every thing seems to have gone pear-shaped and wrong? Perhaps you have lost your job, you can't pay your mortgage or the burden of that massive credit card debt has crippled you? Maybe to top it all your spouse is threatening to leave. Just when you think that nothing else could surely go wrong, it does! Your beloved pet dog gets hit by a car and you can't afford the vet bills AND then you get a county court judgment for $2000 - all those parking tickets you didn't get round to paying. Does any of this sound familiar?
I know exactly how you are feeling! Although my millionaire mindset story has a rather unique and unusual twist.
You see, we had a farm in Africa. The wonderful lifestyle we enjoyed was earned through massive amounts of hard work, and sacrifice. Anyone who has an understanding of intensive cropping regimes, will know that our lives were focused around the business - literally 24/7. But in spite of our chosen occupation being a way of life - it was a great life.
It all came crashing down around us - All our hopes and dreams, home, possessions, occupation, EVERYTHING was taken from us at gunpoint in Zimbabwe, by Robert Mugabe's thugs and militia. Our lives were constantly threatened and we witnessed and were victims of the chaos and violence being perpetuated by the state organized terror campaigns.
Our friends and colleagues were being, beaten, raped and murdered, in their thousands, but there was no one you could call for help. Entire communities lived in perpetual fear that they would be the next family to become a fatal statistic, carved on the notch of the tyrannical political madness. We could not call on our friends or neighbours to help when the mobs came, as their lives would also then be put at risk. When the gun brandishing, axe wielding hordes arrived - you were defenseless and all alone.
Our turn came two weeks before my youngest son was born. We were ransacked and looted by the police and a mob of unruly youth militia, who called themselves the "Green Bombers". The "police" usually got first dibs on the more valuable items and carted their ill gotten gains off in police trucks. Family pets were killed and eaten and there was nothing - absolutely nothing we could do to stop the madness. It was like being in a terrible nightmare or horror movie that wouldn't end.
So with two young children and a third baby on the way, we found ourselves homeless and without any means to support ourselves. We understood the true meaning of desperate, but we had survived - without compromising our integrity and principles.
What does all this have to do with manifesting a millionaire Mindset?
I am trying to establish that no matter what life throws at us, if we are lucky enough to survive our ordeals, we can pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and start again. My story is more extreme than most and without going into all the horrors and terrifying moments, I want to try an reiterate that we can overcome the negative aspects of the past and manifest a positive millionaire mindset. If we dwell on all the things that have gone wrong and try and lay blame on others for our misfortunes, we will stagnate in a vicious cycle of self abuse, retarding our emotional and personal growth.
We all have the ability to make a difference in this world. Whatever we chose to do. Having a Millionaire Mindset, does not necessarily have to be monetary. It can mean anything you want. But at the end of the day, it's about having the ability and mindset to achieve the things in life that are personally important and meaningful to us.
Your mantra may be to go and help out at an orphanage every week. By committing to that ideal and making it happen, you have manifested the Millionaire Mindset. By working at and becoming great at your chosen hobby or sport, you have manifested your millionaire mindset. You have visualized your goal and you have performed the necessary actions to make it happen.
In summary, a Millionaire Mindset is the capacity to learn from the negative, dwell on the positive, and focus on the end result - completion and achievement of our goals.

Three Things You Need to Know to Create a Wealthy Mindset
Have you been wondering what you need to do to create a wealthy mindset?
Webster defines mindset as, "a fixed mental attitude or disposition that predetermines a person's responses to and interpretations of situations. An inclination or a habit."
Three aspects of human beings make up their mindset.
A change in all three aspects must occur in order for you to maintain your ability to take appropriate, consistent actions over time that will lead to your desired outcomes.
These three aspects are:
1. Mind -your internal thought processes, convictions, and assumptions;
2. Moods and Emotions - your habitual emotional reactions to your core beliefs;
3. Body - your non-verbal body language that reveals what you are experiencing.
Have you noticed what threatens you in your world? The fact that your threat is a threat to you has everything to do with your internal (self) mindset. I must caution you that creating a wealthy mindset is going to challenge what you are currently, deeply holding to be true, particularly about yourself in relationship to others, your power and authority, and what you believe you can give and receive, just to mention a few. Now, this is good news, don't you think? (Trust me on this one.)
The beginning Weekly Words of Wisdom are designed to help you become aware of your current inner reality so you will know what you need to change to 'be' wealthy and have the life that you want. This is what our journey is about, creating wealth from the inside out!
You get what you believe, not what you want.
If you have a mind set that allows you to earn $50,000, $65,000, $100,000, or $250,000, whatever the amount is for you, that is going to be the comfortable amount you can achieve. If you believe that you have to work really hard for money, you have to fight your way to the top, or true wealth and financial success can never be for you, that will pretty much be your experience.
Your mindset, or your subconscious mind, will make you right, regardless of what you want.
If you want to be debt free, have a thriving business, enjoy a balanced life filled with love, abundance, and prosperity, your present (old) mindset/actions will not be sufficient to maintain your desired outcomes over a sustainable period of time. Your experience in life is a direct reflection of your mindset. It is your mindset that Universal Laws respond to, and that your actions and behaviors are driven by.
Okay, now this is no problem. You can change your mindset, and, I believe, you are destined to do so. You are either growing or dying. The Life in you, by nature, is growth, don't you agree?
1. How much money do you want to earn from your career, business, or practice in 1 year?
2. How much money do you want your business or practice to receive in revenues in 1 year?
3. How much money would it take for you to be debt-free with your personal finances?
4. How much money would you like to have in savings and investments in 1 year?
Answer these questions and turn them into affirmations:
I now make $______________ annually.
My business, practice brings in $__________in revenues this year.
I am debt-free, and I live from a generous cash flow.
I have $___________in my savings account and $_____________in my investment portfolios.
Now, complete this internal push back, "Yeah, but. . ."
(Do this; it is a powerful exercise in helping you discover your current mindset as it relates to your value and worth, relative to wealth and abundance!)

An Abundance Mindset
In Peter Diamandis' book, Abundance, he tells the story of the discovery of aluminum. According to the tale, around 2,000 years ago, a goldsmith brought an unusual dinner plate to the court of the Emperor Tiberius. It was made from a shiny, lightweight, bright new metal that was the color of silver. The goldsmith said that he had used a secret formula to extract this new metal from clay. Tiberius was very interested in it because he had a massive amount of gold and silver as a result of his many conquests across Europe. He believed that if this goldsmith helped others to extract this rare new metal from mere clay, it could substantially decrease the value of his fortune. Rather than risk that happening, he had the goldsmith beheaded.
Aluminum did not reappear until around 1825 when once again, a complex process for extracting the metal was discovered. Since then, technology has improved the process so much that the price has been drastically reduced and it is easily available. You see, aluminum itself isn't rare; it's the third most plentiful element on earth and represents 8.3% of the weight of the world. There's an abundance of aluminum, but it was initially scarce due to the difficulty in accessing it.
Abundance Vs. Scarcity
The Emperor Tiberius had a scarcity mindset. He feared loss of position and power from this precious new metal that he knew little about. Individuals with a scarcity mindset focus on lack and insufficiency and therefore make decisions based on what's best for themselves, even at the expense of others.
Had he known the abundance of aluminum as compared to gold (all the gold that has ever been mined would only fill about one-third of the Washington Monument), he might have made a different decision, and somehow harnessed the power of aluminum for his benefit. Individuals with an abundance mindset focus on having an extremely plentiful supply, more than enough to go around.
This mindset of abundance versus scarcity plays out in other ways in our lives. As we face challenges and opportunities in our work, our mindset will dictate the approach we take and impact the results we achieve. It will dictate whether we are inclusive in our approach to problems in a way that invites cross-functional perspectives, and solicits inputs from others who may not normally be involved in particular issues. Abundance thinking invites new ideas and possibilities. It provides a foundation for innovation and creativity based on a positive outlook for the future; and is the basis for solving many of the difficulties we face today. This mindset drives our behaviors.
WeWork
A modern day example of behaviors that support an abundance mindset is WeWork, a four year old company that provides co-working office space, primarily targeted at startups and younger companies who want (and need) heavy interaction. They lease large blocks of office space and subdivide it into smaller parcels; then charge monthly memberships to businesses who want to work, network and share ideas in a collaborative environment. All office services are provided and planned activities enable them to pitch ideas, gain business from one another, and share advice. The founders, Adam Neumann and Miguel McKelvey, each grew up in communal living (in Israel and Eugene, OR respectively) and thus saw the value of a shared and collaborative environment.
With 31 locations, 15,000+ members and estimated gross earnings of $150 million this year, they have a current valuation of $1.5 billion, with plans to grow 3 to 4 times that size over the next year. In short, there's a heavy demand (and a waiting list) for this type of working environment. And the companies that rent this space recognize that collaborating and sharing increases their value.
Your Abundance
As we consider our U.S. Thanksgiving celebrations over the past week, hopefully this has been a time of reflecting on the abundance in our lives. It also provides an opportunity to enhance our perspective on where we exhibit abundance or scarcity in our mindset and behaviors. It's not simply about accumulation of financial reserves, friends, or material goods. It's the way we approach life and behave.
Abundance is driven by a mindset of considering future possibilities.
Scarcity is driven by mindset of complacency with the current state.
Abundance suggests sharing because there will always be enough to go around.
Scarcity suggests hoarding what you have.
Abundance mindsets look for creative opportunities to integrate with the work of others.
Scarcity mindsets believe there is little opportunity for improvement on their work.
Abundance thinkers focus on adding value to others first, and thus add value to themselves.
Scarcity thinkers focus on promoting oneself first, and thus overlook the value of others.
So be abundant in your mindset.
